Another court appearance, another day of bad news for Pompano Beach, Florida rapper Kodak Black.
The Sun Sentinel reports that Kodak’s latest court appearance, which took place last Friday (March 10), concluded on an unresolved note.
The hearing for Kodak Black was held to determine whether or not the rapper should be deemed a threat to those in Broward County. Since a decision wasn’t reached, the “Tunnel Vision” rapper was ordered to spend at least another 10 days in court.
A continuation of his hearing is now scheduled for March 20.
Kodak Black was arrested late last month when it was alleged that he broke the terms of his probation.
The rapper was accused of taking part in an unauthorized visit to a Miami strip cl.... He also failed to complete a required anger management course.
The continuation of Kodak’s court hearing serves as the latest in an extensive list of legal complications for the rapper, who is still on par to release his debut album, Painting Pictures, later this month.
Kodak was given five years probation and one year of house arrest last year after accepting a plea deal for charges stemming from two separate arrests.
In October 2015, he was arrested when he allegedly forced a group of people into a car after he accused them of breaking into his home. Months later in April 2016, he was again arrested due to his connection with a suspected drug deal.
